In order to qualify for a refund we require three things;
Firstly, you must send an email regarding the defectiveness of the product with video proof highlighting the defectiveness so we can review and come to a verdict fair for both parties. If your video shows ample evidence proving this defectiveness, you will be sent a new order in order to make up for this mishap.
